These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Clown Town, operated by Giga Bot Gaming LLC. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age required by law in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit the Game except as allowed by law.
Accounts and Cloud Saves
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the Game or other users.
In-App Purchases
The Game is free to download but offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are handled by the applicable app store and are subject to that store’s terms and policies. We do not provide refund language in these Terms, and any refund rights are governed by the app store or applicable law.
Advertisements
The Game includes rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads may be offered as optional features, and any reward conditions will be disclosed in the Game before you choose to view the ad.

Disclaimers
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giga Bot Gaming LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the Game, or created risk for us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version with a new effective date.
